Featuring an innovative menu, creative craft cocktails, a contemporary lounge and outdoor patio dining with a view of the entire Valley, Standard & Pour has become a true dining destination in Henderson. A creation of Simon Hospitality Group and Titan Brands, Standard & Pour honors the legacy of Kerry Simon, renown chef and restaurateur known for his modern approach to traditional comfort food.
Starters include Spicy Shrimp (red curry, sambal, coconut milk), Meatballs (sunday gravy, house made ricotta), Steak Tartare (capers, crispy shallot, sourdough) and Spinach Dip. The Roasted Beat Salad is often called “best ever”. Main courses have something delicious for most tastes including Steaks, Chops, Seafood Linguine, Icelandic Cod, Roasted Chicken and Burger & Fries. The Mac & Cheese is a favorite “On the Side” dish with the right combination of cheeses, perfect texture and a port wine sauce.
If you enjoy craft cocktails and bar bites you’ll appreciate the creativity and flavors that Standard & Pour offers. A few of our favorites include “Chivalry Isn’t Dead” (wild turkey with house made fennel honey and orange bitters) and “Listen Linda” featuring frida kahlo tequila, fresh lime, pink peppercorn and pineapple. Bar bites include Beet Salad Cups, Deviled Eggs, Baked Olives and Chicken Wings.
“Mimosas, Muffins, and Mary’s” is THE ONLY way to describe the Sunday Brunch at Standard & Pour. Served from 10am to 3pm each Sunday the brunch features Fat Elvis French Toast, Whiskey & Beer Pancakes, Egg White Frittata and the Real Big Muffin, a house made almond blueberry lemon muffin that is rumored to weigh 2 pounds. With a “Sunday Funday” theme you can go bottomless with your mimosas, bloody mary’s and PBR’s – just make sure your Uber app is working.
